The Solution
In the first step of organizing Partners information system,
- We made a study on business perspective of the Partner and created an initiative in Partner’s Organization to adopt the SharePoint.
- We created a customize portal for each Business Unit and Centralized department across the group by using SharePoint.
- We created the document libraries on a Portal based on the department which can be accessed by the person of that department only. This with offline access and easy to use interface led to quick adoption.
- Our Partner wanted to improve their hiring process and candidate data management. We created a customized RMS for them by using a SharePoint. RMS system helps our partner to maintain a single data of candidates and same format of information and questions across the group.
- We created different Applications which help monitor and track various projects and operational needs like Legal Tracker Insurance Tracker, Shipment tracker, for the Partner by using a SharePoint to improve their productivity and eliminated many manual processes.
