Our client has a number of departments which deal with Project Planning, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Pre-sells, and Procurement etc. Every department was following their own method of creating and storing reports, there was no centralized structure.
Departments were working on the same project but they are not aligned with each other. Management wanted a bird view of all departments to make decisions so they planned to implement an ERP System.

- Business Process Mapping (BPM) – BPM helped us to identify the business process of client and mapped their business requirements with ERP
- Business Process Reengineering (BPR) – During BPM, we identified non-required redundant processes and manual processes. Using BPR techniques we have eliminated non-required process and automated the processes by mapping with ERP
- Customize Solution – We provided a customized solution as per client’s business requirement by coordinating with their vendors to achieve the desired result.
- Training End User – We Trained end users of the client to adopt the new system.
